Signing Up With Payoneer

The first bank account will be the First-century bank

The problem is that you can't connect your "First Century Bank" account to PayPal because the routing number indicates that it's a Payoneer account.

You're going to want to request a Community Federal bank account from Payoneer. Follow this step-by-step guide to get it.

And how you're going to do that is you're going to log into your Payoneer account, click on the three-dot, then click receiving accounts.

Then you going to click on that arrow, for another tab to load.

When you select the solution guide, you're going to get this box requesting a question.

And then you're going to select I am unable to use my receiving account with PayPal, Stripe option, then you get another question box again select next.

Just select the "next" button to get another question box, for you to finally get the community federal bank account.

And that is all the process you have to go through, to get the community federal bank account which you then link with your PayPal account, but that is not all.

Now when you log in to your Paypal account to go to your profile click on it and select message center.

before you link the community federal savings bank account to your Paypal account, this is what you will have to do first. when you start a new conversation, an automatic machine will reply to you. make sure to let the machine know that you are not satisfied with the answers.

I can sense the importance of this matter at the same time, I am not seeing the attempt showing on your account, and for me to be able to see why you are having issues is you need to attempt to add your bank first through this link:http://www.paypal.com/bankaccount

Thank you for contacting PayPal and for being a valued customer. If you have no further questions, please close this conversation. You can close the conversation by selecting End Conversation or by clicking the "X."

5:22 PM

- Jermilyn

Ok, thank you. But I'm not talking about a debit card nor credit card. I mean my US bank account, that I can make a withdrawal.

I've tried it several times but it keeps rejecting

JN

you are having issues is because I see that the bank is not yet linked to your PP account and it would be best to link it first so you can proceed to withdraw your funds without issues.

6:33 PM

- Jermilyn

And what I PP account?

How do I link it?

6:42 PM

JN

PP stands for PayPal.you can use the above link that I gave you or you can follow these steps:

Here’s how to add a bank account to your PayPal account:

Click Wallet.

Click Link a Bank Account.

Select your bank from the list or click I have a different bank.

Depending on the selected bank, use your bank login and click Continue, or select the account type, enter the Routing and Account numbers, and then click Agree and Link.

If you enter the numbers manually or you don't see an option for instant bank confirmation, we’ll confirm your bank account by sending 2 small deposits (each between $0.01 and $0.99 USD) to the bank account you want to confirm.

7:44 PM

- Jermilyn

I did it manually and clicked the "Agree and Link" but still rejecting it. My routine number is 026073150 and the account number is **********

7:59 PM

JN

Thank you for trying. as I checked I see the reason why you are having issues is that our security system is asking for an additional verification wherein I will send a code to your phone number and you should provide it to me.

8:02 PM

- Jermilyn

Ok, send me the code. Then after that will I be able to link my US bank account to my PayPal account?

8:07 PM

JN

Yes. I will be sending you the code now to your phone number ending in 33. kindly provide it to me once you received it.

8:12 PM

8:13 PM

JN

Thank you. give me one moment while I am verifying the code with our system.

8:13 PM

- Jermilyn

Ok

I'm waiting

8:14 PM

JN

I have attempted to resolve the issue for you can you please try adding the bank to see if everything works for you.

8:14 PM

- Jermilyn

Ok, together with the code or just the account number alone?

8:15 PM

JN

just the routing number, please.

8:16 PM

- Jermilyn

JN

If you are getting an error it means that the system is still in the process of making adjustments for you to be able to add your bank and that you can retry at a later time after an hour giving the system time to refresh.

8:17 PM

- Jermilyn

It has been added but the verification is still pending

8:26 PM

JN

That's good to know that the bank is already added. verification may take 2-3 business days Sir.
